Q: How long is the production time?
A: All our products are handmade and made to your order, so production time takes 5-10 business days. We also have some in-stock items.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: The cancellation is possible within 48 hours after an order is made. All our products are handmade specifically for the customer’s order, and we put the effort in order for the customer to receive it as soon as possible. After the expiration of 48 hours, we book material for production, and refund is possible in the amount of 50%, if the product has not been dispatched yet. If you wish to cancel your order, email us at command_handcrafted@outlook.com.
We can not cancel orders that were already dispatched.
Q: Can I modify my order?
A: Yes, the customer can make changes to his order within 24 hours, after the payment. Please contact us at command_handcrafted@outlook.com, indicating the number of his order.
Q: Do you offer custom sizes?
A: Yes, we do! You can message our team specifying your personal measurements or choose ‘Custom Size’ where applicable, specifying your measurements in comments to your order in the ‘Cart’ section. Please note, not all items can be custom-made.
Q: Is your packaging discreet?
A: Yes, our parcels are sent in non-logo packaging to keep your order private. The most exciting part will be once you open the box!
Q: How do I take care of a product?
A: On our storage and care page you can find all the necessary information. Please bear in mind that when we treat garments with love and patience, they serve us longer.
Q: How can I personalize the gift?
A: We do offer Hot Stamping Logo for most of our leather products. It could be a name, initials, nickname or a small phrase. You choose the font, size, and location of the engraving on the product.
