1.Where do you ship to?

We ship everywhere around the world. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

2.Can I update the shipping address?

Normally we will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed. Let’s connect as soon as possible if you need to update the shipping address--

3.When will my order ship?

Orders are processed depending on item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed on business days will be processed and shipped within 3-5 days.Customized order need more time,maybe 5-7 days.

We are unable to deliver on weekends or public holidays, any orders placed during this period will be dispatched the following business day.

4.How can I track my order?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

5.What happens if I did't pick up a parcel in time?

If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel in time, and it was sent back to us, a customer will have to pay additionally for the second shipping, after which we will send it again.

If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel on time, it was sent back to us and a customer refuses to arrange the repeated shipping (within 2 weeks since we received it back) - the order gets annulled with no refunds.



As long as the products don't have man-made damage and are not customized products, we can do the refund for you for any reason in 14 days after you receiving the products. But you need to pay express fee. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receiving the product, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Return for Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please feel free to contact us , we are glad to help.

We cannot refund if it occurs one of the following three situations.

1. Send products to the wrong address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).
2. Choose the return method for cash on delivery.
3. Customized products


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you return for exchange, we will ship the item you want after receiving your returned product. The exchange time may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $75, you'd better choosing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not refund you if we can not receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
