Most COMMAND pieces are made to order, with a typical production time of 5–7 business days. Custom sizing is available where the design allows for an additional $5 USD per item; available custom colors do not cost extra. Personalized Hot Stamping is an additional $5 USD where available and adds approximately 2 business days. Standard hot-stamping text is limited to 12 characters, including spaces; please email support@commandhandmade.com before ordering if you need longer text. Select the available option on the product page and enter your details in the cart note. Made-to-order, customized, and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, except where required by applicable consumer law. Changes or cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase will be honored; after 24 hours, they cannot be guaranteed.

Crafted in Our Workshop
Every custom piece is developed and finished in our workshop, one detail at a time.
After your measurements, materials, colors, and hardware have been confirmed, we prepare the pattern and begin construction. Each component is carefully measured, cut, assembled, and adjusted by hand to suit the intended fit and form.
Before You Order
A few things to know before beginning your custom piece.
Please include as much of the following information as possible:
· The product name or link
· Your measurements
· Preferred color and material
· Preferred hardware finish
· The details you would like to add, remove, or change
· Reference images, if applicable
· The date you need the piece, if it is for a specific event
Clear measurements and reference images help us understand your request and provide an accurate quotation.
Use a soft measuring tape and measure close to the body without pulling it too tightly. Measure the body area for the item: neck for chokers, wrist for wrist cuffs and ankle for ankle cuffs. Email support@commandhandmade.com with the product link and measurement if you are unsure.
Custom sizing is an additional $5 USD per item where the design allows. Available custom colors do not cost extra. Other hardware or design changes may require a separate quote, which we will confirm before you order.
Made-to-order and custom pieces typically take 5–7 business days to produce before dispatch. Personalized Hot Stamping adds approximately 2 business days. Production time is separate from shipping time. If a fully original or unusually complex design needs more time, we will confirm the schedule with you before production begins.
Email support@commandhandmade.com with your order number within 24 hours of purchase. Change or cancellation requests received within that period will be honored. After 24 hours, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed because production may have begun. This does not limit applicable statutory rights.
Made-to-order, custom-sized, and personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, except where required by applicable consumer law. This does not limit remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods. Please contact support@commandhandmade.com as soon as possible and within 7 days of discovering an issue. If the problem is our responsibility, we cover the necessary return or replacement shipping. Contact us before sending anything so we can authorize the return and provide the correct address and instructions.
