SHIPPING POLICY

PRODUCTION TIME
Most COMMAND pieces are handmade to order. Standard pieces require 3–7 business days before dispatch. Complex custom pieces require 7–14 business days. Engraving or hot stamping adds 2–3 days to the applicable production time. Production time is separate from transit time.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping is free to supported destinations, with no minimum order value. Estimated transit time after dispatch: United States, 10–15 business days; all other supported destinations, 13–18 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
United States: $15.99 USD, estimated 6–10 business days after dispatch. All other supported destinations: $19.99 USD, estimated 9–13 business days after dispatch. The Philippines is included in the other-destinations category, not the United States category. Available services depend on the delivery address and are shown at checkout.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING
We ship through Yuntu, with local delivery partners depending on the destination. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates; customs, holidays, remote locations and carrier disruptions may cause delays. We cannot ship to every country or address. Contact us before ordering if your destination is unavailable at checkout.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and taxes are generally prepaid for supported destinations. Destination-specific exceptions may apply. Contact us if you receive an unexpected customs notice.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Email support@commandhandmade.com promptly with your order number if your address needs correcting or your shipment has a problem. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If an incorrect address supplied by the customer causes a return or redelivery, the customer is responsible for the necessary reshipping costs. If the problem is our responsibility, we cover the necessary shipping costs.

RETURNS
Approved returns must be sent to China. Please email support@commandhandmade.com first to obtain return instructions and the correct address. Do not send a return to our registered business address or the sender address on your parcel. See our Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and shipping-cost responsibility.
